Banner options

PVC banner, PVC-free options and mesh products can support events, fences, buildings and temporary campaigns. Wind exposure, edge finishing, eyelet spacing, supporting structure and safe fixing must be considered. A banner should not be attached to an unsuitable fence or structure merely because eyelets are present.

Portable exhibition systems

Confirm the venue’s dimensions, permitted fixing methods, fire-performance requirements, access, setup time, power and storage before specifying the system.

Design for moving people

Exhibition and event content is usually viewed while people are walking, talking or scanning a busy room. Use one clear headline, a strong visual, restrained supporting information and an obvious next action. Avoid reducing body text until a full brochure has been squeezed onto a banner.

Reuse and replacement

Where events repeat, keep the main branded structure evergreen and place dates, speakers, sponsors or changing messages in replaceable areas. Record the system dimensions and packing requirements so future graphics fit correctly.

Send the site postcode, photographs, approximate dimensions, quantity, required wording, brand files, preferred timescale and whether you need design, removal, delivery or installation. It is fine if the material or construction is not yet decided.

Is mesh always better for an outdoor banner?

No. Mesh can reduce wind resistance compared with a solid banner, but suitability still depends on the size, supporting structure, exposure and fixing method. A competent party must confirm the structure can accept the load.

Can a roller banner be reused?

Yes, if stored and handled correctly and the message remains current. Some systems permit graphic replacement; confirm the exact hardware before promising reuse.

How should we supply sponsor logos?

Supply vector files where possible and confirm the approved order, spacing and minimum sizes. A large number of logos should be organised into a dedicated sponsor zone rather than scattered through the design.

Can you deliver directly to an exhibition venue?

Yes, where the delivery window, hall, stand number, contact and acceptance arrangements are confirmed. Venue setup or installation is quoted separately where required.
