Options range from clean logo and contact details to partial colour graphics and more extensive branded treatments, all developed around the vehicle shape and real-world legibility. For fleets, an approved master design and placement record can keep additions and replacements consistent across different vehicles.

Design for a moving surface
A vehicle is not a flat leaflet. Doors open, handles interrupt, panels curve and important information may only be visible for a few seconds. The strongest liveries prioritise recognition, business type and one clear response route, then use colour and shape to make the vehicle memorable.
We can create new artwork, apply an established fleet design or work with an agency’s production files after technical checks.

Preparation and application
The vehicle should arrive clean, dry and free from waxes, sealants or recent repairs that may affect adhesion. Paint condition, rust, dents, previous graphics and non-original panels can influence the result. Application conditions and curing instructions must follow the selected film manufacturer’s requirements.
Fleet consistency
For several vehicles, retain an approved master design, logo files, colours, dimensions and placement rules. Record vehicle model and registration internally so replacements and additions can be produced consistently without relying on memory.

Read all frequently asked questionsHow much information should go on a van?
Usually less than on a brochure. Prioritise the company name, what you do and one memorable contact route. Additional details can be included where the vehicle size and viewing conditions support them.
Can graphics be removed later?
Many sign films are designed to be removable within defined conditions, but removability depends on film type, age, paint condition, exposure and previous repairs. Removal can reveal colour differences or paint defects and should not be represented as risk-free.
Will the graphics damage the paint?
Correctly selected and applied film on sound, original paint is commonly used for vehicle branding, but Purple Frog Signs must inspect or discuss non-standard paint, corrosion, chips and repairs. No blanket paint guarantee should be offered outside the agreed material and installation terms.
Can you match graphics across different van models?
Yes. We adapt a common visual system to each vehicle’s proportions rather than stretching one layout indiscriminately.
