Designed around your environment

Office signage that creates a confident arrival and a clearer workplace

Purple Frog Signs supplies reception signs, directories, internal and external wayfinding, privacy films, door identification and branded environmental graphics for offices, workplaces and commercial estates. We create systems that can remain consistent as teams, rooms and tenants change. Modular panels, replaceable inserts and recorded artwork specifications can support future updates without losing the established visual language.

Available for projects across Kent, London, Surrey, Sussex, Essex and the wider South East.

From estate entrance to meeting room

A complete workplace journey may include roadside identification, parking, building entrances, reception, lifts, floors, departments, meeting rooms and shared facilities. Treating these as one information system improves recognition and reduces patchwork updates.

Plan for change

Where occupancy or room use changes frequently, use modular panels, replaceable inserts or controlled vinyl updates. Retain a specification guide and artwork record so additions use the same naming, spacing, colours and materials.

Align workplace, property and fit-out decisions

Facilities and workplace teams, brand and communications leads, landlords or managing agents, accessibility advisers and fit-out contractors may all need to contribute. Agree the room and destination names, brand rules, access requirements, fixing permissions, budget authority and final approver before production.

Installation dates should follow the fit-out programme rather than compete with it. Walls and finishes must be complete, access routes available and the affected teams informed. On occupied sites, plan noisy, dusty or obstructive work around staff, visitors and building-management rules.

Useful answers

Questions people often ask

Clear answers to the practical details that can affect a project.

Read all frequently asked questions
Can you update a tenant directory one name at a time?

Yes, if the existing construction allows it or a modular replacement system is introduced. Colour ageing and discontinued materials may affect exact matching.

Can signs be installed during an office fit-out?

Yes, but only when walls, paint, flooring, power and access are ready. Coordinate sign dates with the fit-out programme and avoid installation before finishes have cured.

Can privacy film include a brand pattern?

Yes. A custom cut or printed pattern can combine privacy, manifestation and visual identity, provided legibility and glass requirements are considered.

Who should approve an office signage schedule?

The client should name the people authorised to approve destination names, brand, accessibility requirements, cost and site changes. Landlord, managing-agent or fit-out approval may also be needed for fixings, glass treatments and installation access.

Chris has always delivered to very tight deadlines. He’s reliable and takes on a lot of my stress of last minute jobs I ask him to do. He’s also taught me a lot about signage and the different types of applications so I’ve always ended up with a job that I am satisfied with. He will take the time to explain and answer my endless questions to ensure he gets the job right. Pictured below is Value, Purpose, Vision and Mission signage in our CEO’s office.
