Reception and office signs that make the space feel considered

Purple Frog Signs creates reception signs, directories, door identification, internal wayfinding, wall graphics and privacy films for offices and commercial environments. We coordinate the visual identity with the materials, proportions and daily use of the space. A coordinated sign family can connect arrival, reception, room identification and navigation while allowing practical updates where occupants or spaces change.

Available for projects across Kent, London, Surrey, Sussex, Essex and the wider South East.

Sign types

Formats covered on this page

  1. Acrylic and standoff signs

Polished rigid panels mounted away from the surface to add depth for reception identity, directories and visitor information.

A coherent visitor journey

Interior branding works best when arrival, navigation and identification feel related. We can establish a small sign family with common typography, spacing, colours, materials and fixing details, then adapt it for each information need.

Consider reception sightlines, lighting reflections, wall construction, concealed services, furniture, future tenant changes and cleaning. Fixings and material weights must be appropriate for the substrate.

Premium does not have to mean elaborate

A well-proportioned flat-cut logo, a crisp panel with stand-off fixings or a restrained frosted pattern can feel more credible than an overcomplicated feature. We recommend finishes based on the brand and environment, not on adding depth for its own sake.

Project details that help us quote

Send the site postcode, photographs, approximate dimensions, quantity, required wording, brand files, preferred timescale and whether you need design, removal, delivery or installation. It is fine if the material or construction is not yet decided.

Material guide

Common materials, explained clearly

These visual guides show common material characteristics rather than completed Purple Frog Signs projects. The final specification still depends on location, construction, lifespan, finish and fixing method.

Useful answers

Questions people often ask

Clear answers to the practical details that can affect a project.

Read all frequently asked questions
Can you match our existing office signage?

We can inspect the design, dimensions, colours, materials and fixings and advise how closely it can be reproduced. Ageing and discontinued materials may require an agreed nearest match.

Can directory names be changed?

Yes. Modular panels, inserts or applied graphics can be designed for future updates. The expected frequency of change should be part of the initial brief.

Can you fit signs to glass or delicate finishes?

Often, using an appropriate method after the surface and loads are assessed. Landlord or fit-out-contractor approval may be needed, and penetrations should never be assumed acceptable.

Chris has always delivered to very tight deadlines. He’s reliable and takes on a lot of my stress of last minute jobs I ask him to do. He’s also taught me a lot about signage and the different types of applications so I’ve always ended up with a job that I am satisfied with. He will take the time to explain and answer my endless questions to ensure he gets the job right. Pictured below is Value, Purpose, Vision and Mission signage in our CEO’s office.
